REPRESENTATIVE CASES

After counseling Italian client in an International arbitration (ICC) in Delhi, sucessfully obtained the dismiss of the case issued by Milan Court of Appeal upon Indian counterpart’s petition aiming to recognize the award.

After 3 years guardianship appointed by the Milan Court, dealing with employees, a re estate and archive protected by Italian Fine Arts Office, closed the procedure with the final and last report approved by Milan Court.
